A TWS Technician will give you a PIN code to use
After entering the 6 digit PIN code. Click the "Connect to technician" button.

Enter your 6-digit PIN code:
  • Please make sure you have contacted a TWS Technician and that you have been given the PIN code before connecting
  • The PIN code is only valid for 20 minutes and is unique to each session
  • Charges will vary depending on the customer support agreements in place at the time
